How to Request Transcripts
We’re here to make the transcript process as smooth as possible! To complete your transfer evaluation, you’ll need to request official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities, as well as any applicable exam scores from testing agencies.
Most colleges and universities send transcripts electronically through services like . If your previous school doesn’t use an online service, you can request your transcript directly through their Registrar’s Office. For AP, IB, or CLEP credit, score reports must be sent directly from the College Board or the International Baccalaureate organization.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for evaluating your transcripts, with a standard processing time of 5–7 business days. During peak times closer to the start of the semester, processing may take 10–14 business days.

Transfer students can apply for financial aid and scholarships to support their education at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï. To ensure your aid is processed correctly, complete the FAFSA or CASFA and list ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï as your school.
If you previously submitted the FAFSA for another institution, you can update your application to include ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï.

Online tutoring can be accessed by logging into your Canvas account. If you need guidance on how to use this service through Canvas, please follow theÌý.
The Office of Online Learning: ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Online Learning provides a variety of resources to support current online students throughout their academic journey. Whether you’re new to online learning or continuing your studies, you’ll have access to tools and services designed to help you stay connected, organized, and successful.
Support includes individualized success coaching through the Office of Online Learning, help with enrollment and course planning, and access to resources that support your academic progress and overall student experience. Online students can also connect with 24/7 tutoring, writing support, and academic assistance through Canvas and other virtual platforms.
Additional ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï resources include technical support for Canvas and online learning tools, academic advising, financial aid guidance, and student support services such as wellness resources, accessibility support, and Veteran and Military Student Services. These supports are available to help you navigate challenges, stay on track, and make the most of your time at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï.
