Summit House Coming Soon!
The Summit House, ÍøÆسԹϒs student housing, is under construction! This 12-story, 550-bed student residence hall is the first on-campus housing project in the University’s history.
- Rates available – October 2026
- Applications available – December 2026
- Move-in day – August 21, 2027
- Grand Opening – Fall 2027

Living Learning Communities
Summit House will feature Living Learning Communities that will connect students’ academic or personal interests to their living community. Students will be housed near others who share the same interests. Students will have access to community-building events and professors who will enrich their experience outside the classroom.
