Our partnerships with academic institutions, community laboratories and organizations, corporate sponsors and professional organizations form a unique foundation for providing innovative professional education in Medical Laboratory Science.

The academic partners of the Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science include those institutions from which the program actively recruits. Students entering the program have completed the BS or BA degree and pre-requisite coursework at their undergraduate university. At the completion of the post-BS level professional curriculum, the graduate receives a professional certificate in medical laboratory sciences from the Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science. Clinical coursework provides critical learning experiences that are a key component of the professional curriculum. During the clinical curriculum students are assigned to one or more of the CCMLS community partnership laboratories.
