For ten years,سԹ Day of Givinghasbeen the catalyst forraising funds thatsupportso many of the University’s programs,scholarshipsand clubs, providing our students with the resources they need to be successful!From life-changing opportunities likeparticipatingin competitionsaround the globeandstudy abroad, tohaving access tofood, scholarships and emergency aid,this annual fundraising eventis an anchor for student success.

Thanks to the generosity of 1,923 donors making 2,237 gifts to more than 120 projects, the tenth annual giving event raised a record-breaking $449,271. Wecan’tWAIT to see what we canaccomplishwith your support next year.

Here are 10Day of Giving fundraising highlightsfrom the last decade:

  •  (2026)blew their fundraising goal out of the water, raising$17,566 to help upgrade their technology and improve the student-athlete experience. With more donors than any other Day of Giving project, they also won the Roadrunners Athletics Giving Challenge.  
  •  (2025)raised$4,775($6,550in 2026!)tokeep the club growing by making the sport accessible to students and providing opportunities to participate in competitions, regardless of financial limitations.

“Donors who support Club Archery make coaching, equipment and travel more accessible to students wanting to learn a new skill and make friends or take archery to the next level and compete in national tournaments,” said TrinityWeiss, سԹ Club Archery President. “We are so grateful for their generosity!”

  • (2024)raised $2,300 (over 150% of their goal!)tohelp reduce costs for students and community members seeking treatment.

The program, which launched in June 2022, has grown to include the addition of theBookhardt Family Speech-Language Clinic. Thanks to donor support, graduate students can provide free services to members of the Auraria Campus and the greater Denver community!

  • (2023)experienced the trip of a lifetimein 2023, competing across Europe, engaging in newculturesand visiting the Albanian home ofa then-سԹ junior setter– all thanks to donor support!

“We are so thankfultoeveryone who contributed to making this trip happen,”said Head Coach Jenny Glenn, who, along with the team, raised over $21,000 to support trip expenses.“We knew it would be a big fundraising endeavor, but we also knew we couldn’t let the opportunity pass us by.” 

  • Rowdy’s Corner(2022)raised $6,888to provide quality, nutritious food to the thousands of Roadrunners whoexperience hunger and food insecurity eachweek.

  • Presidential Internship in Public Service(2021)raised $47,875 to provide acohort of سԹ undergraduate and graduate studentswith afully-fundedopportunityto live and work in Washington, D.C., for10weekseach summer,participatingin internships focused on public service. Thevisited the country’s capital in summer 2022 to learn from and impact the national service community!
  • TheStudent Emergency Fund(2020)raised $88,043to provide emergency stipends to students who are dealing with unanticipated catastrophic life events that might cause them to stop or pause their educational goals.Thanks to the donors, hundreds of Roadrunners each year are able to overcome temporary crises, going on to achieve their dream of earning a degree and making an impactinour community!

  • سԹ Day of Giving2019raised over $90,000, thanks to 532 donors. Over $26,000was raisedfor Roadrunners Athletics, whichincluded funding forthe, where they took part in international competition, community serviceeventsand sightseeing.
  • (2018)raised $2,600tohelpbuild a fully functional and equipped weight room, with the goal of providingstudent-athletes with top-quality infrastructure.
  • During,theraised$600 with the goal of attending future competitions across the country.In 2024, they won their, with Roadrunner pilots sweeping the top three individual awards.
