Opening in fall 2027, the new Kemper Classroom to Career Hub will bring career guidance, hands-on learning and employer connections together in a centralized, 25,000-square-foot space on the second floor of Summit House. With dedicated areas for student collaboration, career development and industry partnerships, the new facility will help students turn their education into meaningful careers while strengthening connections with Colorado employers.
Opening in fall 2027, the Gina and Frank Day Health Institute Tower will expand ÍøÆسԹϒs ability to prepare students for in-demand healthcare careers. Located at the southern gateway of the Auraria Campus, the five-story, 70,000-plus-square-foot facility will bring advanced learning environments, hands-on clinical training and community partnerships together under one roof. By connecting education with real-world experience, the tower will prepare future healthcare professionals to meet Colorado’s evolving workforce needs and improve access to care across the state.
