Purpose: This policy ensures that students who utilize Post-9/11 GI Bill ® and Vocational Rehabilitation benefits are not penalized while awaiting payment from the United States (US) Department of Veterans Affairs, in accordance with the US Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018, Pub.L. 115-407 § 103, and 38 U.S.C. § 3679(e).
Scope: This policy applies to students who utilize Post-9/11 GI Bill ® and Vocational Rehabilitation benefits to pay University tuition and fees.
