Bio
Whei Wong is a marketing and communications strategist, and award-winning storyteller. She is ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï ‘s associate vice president for Marketing, Brand, and Digital Strategy, providing vision and leadership in institutional marketing and advertising, creative services, and digital strategy.
Prior to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï, she led Advancement Communications for Colorado State
University – achieving its $1 billion comprehensive fundraising campaign goals through strategic marketing and communication.
Whei spent more than a dozen years as a reporter in television news. Following her reporting career, she ran central communications for Douglas County School District and Mapleton Public Schools.
Whei is pursuing her PhD in Education Equity and Transformation through Colorado State University, holds a master’s in public administration from the University of Colorado Denver, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
